Who Pays for Home Care?

Medicare Part A covers 100% of the cost of necessary home health and hospice care. Medicaid covers home health, hospice and community care services. Most health insurance policies and HMOs, and Veteran's Administration services cover home health care. The payers often require that services be delivered by a licensed and regulated home care agency, such as Belltech Home Health Care.
