Bell Tech Home Health's mission is to provide you specialized care delivered by trained and qualified professionals for individuals and families with unique needs. To provide quality act as liaison between homebound patients and their physicians in a timely and effective manner.
To our physicians We will work with the family and treatment team to plan and implement a supportive program for patients requiring home health care services. The managing physician will be a key member of the team. We identify and coordinate with payer sources and care managers to appropriately utilize available resources. This will allow us to contribute, promote, preserve, and protect the health and well-being of persons in the broader community.

These services are provided by licensed health care professionals at the patient’s home. The home health staff provides and helps coordinate services based on physician orders. Our services include general and critical care nursing services, therapists and paraprofessional personnel care for you or your loved one in the comfort of your own home.
